Replace Your Diploma

To replace your diploma:

  • Contact your high school directly to order a replacement diploma
    ( Click here for a directory of Miami-Dade public schools )

  • A copy of your transcript and a copy of your photo ID must accompany your request. If you do not have a photo ID, please be sure your request is written and notarized.

  • Make sure to provide the address to which you would like your diploma mailed.

  • Processing times and fees vary from school to school. Contact your school for information.
